as yours so we ask that you only fill out the questionnaire if you're
serious about placing a deposit.  Please make sure your family or
spouse are all in agreement about a puppy before filling out the
questionnaire.  You may send in your deposit after I approve it but
please email to make sure the puppy you're interested in is still

puppy and the right placement of each puppy is made by bringing
the various requirements of both the puppy and his or new owner(s)
into perspective, BEFORE a choice is made. I hope you will agree
